Third-party providers that may process customer data when Pricemark operates the website, infrastructure, and AI quote workflows.

Current subprocessors

Railway - hosting and infrastructure - app data, logs, uploaded quote data, and operational metadata.
OpenAI - AI model processing - prompts, source text, generated outputs, and related usage metadata.
Anthropic - AI model processing - prompts, source text, generated outputs, and related usage metadata.

How we use subprocessors

Pricemark uses subprocessors only as needed to provide, secure, operate, monitor, or improve the service. Subprocessors may process customer data according to their role and the instructions needed to deliver the service.

AI model providers may receive project descriptions, uploaded quote text, pricing context, and generated quote outputs when a customer asks Pricemark to create or improve a quote.

Updates

We may update this list when providers are added, removed, or changed. If you need notice of subprocessor changes for a signed customer agreement, contact us before using the service for production data.
