Who we are

Pricemark is a product name for AI quoting software for construction, renovation, and related project teams. Pricemark is currently operated by its founder; formal company details will be added when available.

This policy applies to our website, product waitlist, demo and contact forms, and the Pricemark service.

Information we collect

• Account and contact details such as name, work email, phone number, company, role, and company size.
• Commercial context such as demo requests, pricing-plan choices, sales notes, and messages you send us.
• Customer content uploaded to or generated in Pricemark, including quote PDFs, project descriptions, dimensions, line items, price lists, catalogs, assumptions, and exported quotes.
• Website and product usage data such as IP address, device and browser data, pages viewed, approximate location, log events, and preference settings.
• Information from third parties when you connect integrations or when a business contact is provided through professional channels.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Pricemark website and service.
• To generate, edit, export, and manage construction quotes based on customer instructions and source material.
• To respond to support, demo, billing, security, and legal requests.
• To analyze product usage, diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and improve performance.
• To send service messages and, where permitted, relevant product or marketing communications.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

AI and customer data

Customer quote data is used to provide the requested Pricemark service, including retrieval, drafting, calculation support, and document generation. Pricemark does not use customer content to train general-purpose AI models unless a customer gives explicit written permission or an agreement says otherwise.

AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. Customers remain responsible for reviewing quotes, prices, taxes, assumptions, measurements, and client-facing terms before sending them.

Sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell personal information. We share data with vendors and service providers only as needed to operate Pricemark, such as hosting, database, analytics, email, payment, support, and AI infrastructure providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your instructions.

International transfers

Pricemark may process information in the European Economic Area, the United States, and other locations where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege permissions, logging, backups, and vendor review. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer content can be deleted or exported according to the customer’s plan, settings, or agreement.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to certain processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Children

Pricemark is a business service and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
